☑️ If your passive income is draining you — it’s just another job.
☑️ Invest in your children — give them the tools to break cycles.
☑️ Cash is like blood in your body — especially if your income is erratic.
☑️ Build your buffer during harvest. Storms don’t announce themselves.
☑️ Some people are built for sprints. Others for marathons. Run your race.
☑️ Start saving even Ksh 1,000 in your 20s — let compounding do its thing.
☑️ When returns are abnormally high, abnormally fast — it’s probably a scam.
☑️ Passive income becomes your employer when you’re too old to work for one.
☑️ Your business can fail because you ignored paperwork. Register, record, and protect.
